By booking services with Reyna’s Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to the following terms. Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

We require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property. Reyna’s Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or items not properly secured.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.
